Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside a local authority based in
Bedford to appoint a talented
Estates Surveyor on a contract basis.


As an
Estates Surveyor, you will cover estates advice to support the development of a business case for the acquisition of houses to be used as children's homes, which will be for an average of 3 days per week.

The remaining 2 days willbe to cover general estates management work relating to the Council's operational estate.

**About the role: - Valuation (residential and commercial), property acquisition, commissioning of surveys and design advice, lettings, landlord and tenant (working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 etc. is essential), rent reviews, lease renewals, general estatesmanagement advice e.g. wayleaves, easements, restrictive covenants, boundary issues.


What's on offer:


  • Contract role
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working model
- £350 to £400 per day (Negotiable DOE)
