Description

Natural Stone Consultingis a family company specialising in the supply of exquisite stone flooring, wall tiles, flagstones and outdoor paving. Our ambitious growth strategy requires the recruitment of a full-time sales administrator at our North Somerset office and showroom.


Role responsibilities will include:


  • Processing orders and deliveries.
  • Liaising with suppliers both international and in the UK.
  • Liaising with hauliers / shipping agents both international and in the UK.
  • Advising potential customers on product, providing quotes and organising samples.
  • Logging and followingup customer enquiries.
  • Generic office administration.
  • Supporting the directors with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.

Essential skills:


  • Selfstarter and a confident, independent worker.
  • Confidence on the phone.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with the general public.
  • High organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Well versed in IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be confident in working on own initiative.
  • A good head for numbers.
  • At least two years of working in an administrative role.
  • Familiar with learning product / technical information.

Salary:
Starting salary of £21-23k depending on experience.


Hours:
Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm. Fri, 9am-4pm.
