Marketing Coordinator - Poole


Our client is a highly recognised pro-sound / acoustics / speaker manufacturer with a strong presence in the UK and globally.

In support and further development of their position internationally, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will work alongside the sales and operations team to coordinate and administer promotions, shows, events and promotional communications.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the delivery of the Marketing operations, including talking to distributors and agents, sending out internal and external communications on marketing activities
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing manager on organising and coordination of events and promotions
  • Manage the international marketing administration including invoice raising and processing
  • Asset management of marketing assets and coordination of events locations/logistics
  • Budget administration supporting the management of budgets
  • Assistance with the planning and implementation of all midtolong term strategic marketing projects as well as short term promotional programmes
  • Budget control and planning of marketing projects
  • Providing support to the UK and international sales teams
  • Be the central point of contact for all internal and external programmes
  • Logistics support and marketing asset coordination and administration
  • Coordinating the website administration with distributors and the sales team monitoring social media/website activity as well as digital brand monitoring
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft O?ce, Google Suite and Strong Communication Skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to work to short deadlines and under pressure
  • Knowledge of the music or event market would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience within Sales/Marketing and Promotion
