Job Details:


Shifts:
Rotating day shifts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.


Pay:
£ £11.00 per hour.


Role Overview:

As a valued team member, you'll receive comprehensive training to:

  • Set up, operate, and conduct basic maintenance on production machinery.
  • Ensure the quality of output meets our rigorous standards.
  • Perform blade changes for material cutting.
  • Conduct thorough inspections on produced materials.
  • Maintain machine efficiency to meet customer demands promptly.
  • Report any significant issues to senior management.
  • Uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards of machinery.
  • Input production parameters accurately.
  • Facilitate smooth shift transitions for seamless production.
This role is ideal for individuals with a machining background, spanning various manufacturing fields, not limited to têxtiles


Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in machining techniques.
  • Strong English language skills for safety compliance.
  • Comfort with basic maintenance tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Longterm commitment to a permanent position.
  • Possession of a Counterbalance License.

Hourly Rate:
£ £11.00, Monday to Friday, with rotating double-day shifts.


Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bradford, BD4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Textile: 2 years (preferred)
  • Production/Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
