Do you have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new job in Solihull? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a manufacturing company find a full-time Customer Services Representative, and the role comes with an attractive Umbrella hourly rate of £20/hr (inside IR35).


As a Customer Services Representative, you will support various accounts' receivable management and end-of-lease term efforts for the company's financial services division.

Through telephone contact, you'll collect delinquent active contracts and open items on terminated contracts.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting input and success of the accounting adjustment
  • Authorise equipment repossessions and initiate default notices
  • Prepare files on repossessed accounts for transfer to repossession specialists to handle sale of assets and requests for legal assistance.
  • A background in Finance or Customer Service
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit and customer services concepts and techniques

The role involves hybrid working:
2-3 days per week on site.
