Description
Job Purpose
- To provide administrative support to ensure the effective management of the after sales support within the Service Team.
- To provide logistic support to ensure supply of spare parts to after service centres and distributors.
- To supervise the activity within the Service Centre.
- To communicate effectively between Korea and the UK/European sites.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within an administration function, preferably within the CCTV industry
- SAP experience is preferred
- Korean & English Language essential plus at least the local country language
- Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and electronically
- Educated to A-Level standard education or equivalent
- Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills to include Excel
- Full & Clean Driving License
Location The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Techwin Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT - Our normal office hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the jobholder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs. The role will involve travel to our Netherlands office (located at Hanwha Techwin Service Centre, Samsung WEDC, Theseusstraat 11-29, 5047 RH, Tilburg, Netherlands) and may also include other travel outside of the UK from time to time.
