Property Market are pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity to join their Birmingham City Centre lettings team.

Establish for over 20 years, Property Market City is the biggest provider of house shares and flat shares in the Birmingham City Centre.

What are we looking for?

Overview

As a Lettings Agent with Property Market, you will be expected to work alongside a office-based colleague to conduct viewings and generating business through to letting a property and carrying out the relevant checks as well as, constructing the relevant documentation.

Viewings in the city centre
Respond to incoming enquiries
Take potential tenants through the process from initial enquiry through to contract signing and aftercare
Organising and providing access to maintenance contractors when required
Perform standardised marketing as required

You will be working within a performance driven, commission based environment, therefore you will learn a great deal about carrying out lets from start to finish and ensuring that you perform in accordance to KPIs and targets.

The role offers a vast amount of flexibility and rewards and you will receive a commission structure that is completely unique in the market.

You will be expected not only to represent Property Market as a brand but build your own brand within the market as an astute property professional.

Requirements:

Driving Licence
Experience in property lettings, sales or management is beneficial
Experience in a sales or retail role
Ideally a formal qualification i.e degree, BTEC, A levels
Diligent attitude
Sharp mindset with a capacity to improve

Business acumen and willingness to take on a role that will require them to consider their role as their own business within a business
