Vanta Staffing are looking for an experience Trade Counter Person to work in our Surbiton branch for a wholesalers of construction materials. You must have atleast a year experience behind the trade counter.

Duties of a Trade Counter Assistant

To serve sales & hires customers over the trade counter.
To ensure orders for customers are prepared and processed promptly and accurately.
To ensure complaints and issues raised by customers are quickly resolved.
Answer the phones, chasing quotes.
Upsell the products.
Keeping work area clean and tidy.

Requirements of a Trade Counter Assistant

Must have experience behind a Trade Counter.
Must be proactive and be reliable.
Must be friendly and be able to demonstrate good customer service.

Monday - Friday 7am-4.30pm.

Working every other Saturday 7.30am-11.30am.

Salary from £26k - £28.

This is a permanent job.

This is an immediate start.
