Customer Services and Order Entry Package:

Start salary of £21,500, reviewed as you advance in your career with and of bonus upto £1800 per year. Salary will be reviews before April 202
Completion of the BT Training academy, gain a globally recognised qualification

You will be based in our recently refurbished offices in
Burscough (Ormskirk, West Lancashire).

Customer Services and Order Entry:

Managing inbound calls from existing customers
Ensuring that orders are raised accurately and in accordance to exact guidelines
Monitoring orders through to install with intervention and action where needed. Keeping comprehensive records.
Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system.

Customer Services and Order Entry Role Requirements:
GCSE's in Maths and English

Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Organised, with excellent time management skills
Proficient in IT and Microsoft
Selfmotivated

Hours and Wage:

37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri 9-5.30

Starting salary for a
Customer Services and Order Entry £21,500 plus bonus of £1800 per year (starting after 3 months service)
