HFN Landscapes are based in Worcestershire, are a successful family run business operating for over 40 years.

Undertaking both hard works and soft landscaping over various types of projects, ranging from Caravan Parks, Local Authorities, Housing developments both locally and across the UK.

With a project due to start, we are seeking experienced groundworker / labourers, gangs will also be considered.

Duties:

Perform various manual labour tasks as directed by the supervisor
Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
Excavate trenches and backfill holes as needed
Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment and tools
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or manual labour preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills:

Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines in a construction setting
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in completing tasks
