BUSINESS READINESS TRansformation Leadv / Business Readiness and Cultural Change Specialist

This is a NEWLEY CREATED position and requires EXTENSIVE and RECENT experience in BUSINESS READINESS; USER READINESS and CULTURAL CHANGE READINESS in a Large IT and Business Transformation environment; ideally within the Financial Services (Banking) or Insurance Markets (or similar financial services)

A NEW and EXCITING position working for The No1 Insurance firm in the City of London.

This is a NEWLY CREATED POSITION - We are URGENTLY looking for an SME in Business Readiness; User Readiness and Cultural Change.

Located in Amazing offices in the City (with hybrid and remote working available); we are looking for s strong and dynamic Business Readiness Expert.

You will need to have the relevant Business Readiness and Change Certifications such as APM, APMG or Prosci

We need someone that can hit the ground running and take FULL OWNERSHIP of Business Readiness Change / i.e. getting the business (business users) ready for large-scale IT/System Changes and Business Process Changes.

You will be taking the lead (Business Readiness) on at least 20+ Large Business Transformation Projects across the business.
