Senior IT Engineer, Evesham


Join a fast growing business where you will be an important part of small IT team of 4 working on your own autonomy and responsible for resolving technical issues both internally and for customers.

You will be responsible for requirements gathering, Documentation,All builds based on clients needs, Risk Assessments and be required occasionally to liaise with and possibly meet the client.


Experience:


  • 2nd or 3rd line IT infrastructure incident/problem resolution, changes, maintenance:
  • IT Infrastructure: VMware
  • VPN diagnostics and support
  • Design and delivery of IT and customer projects
  • Infrastructure and new IT service deployment
  • Routing maintenance, patching, testing, upgrades
  • Risk management, mitigation, IT security and IT auditing

Essential:

  • Networking, VPN skills for example Cisco, VLANS or similar
  • Security knowledge such as Juniper, WatchGuard ESET or similar
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Right to work in the UK with a driving licence and access to a car
  • Work in the Evesham based office at least 2 days a week

Desirable:

  • VMWare experience
  • ISO27001, Cyber Essentials or similar
