Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The Business Transformation Consultant will engage with Client or delivery leadership to provide advisory services for testing.

Expectations are that they have and can demonstrate current deep Test Experience in solution design, transformation, and solution delivery for testing at business unit, department or at center of excellent in the Client organizations.

The Transformation Consultant will engage during the sales cycle / early in the engagement to work with the CIO and Client senior leadership to shape solutioning, perform test assessments, define complex test strategies and implement roadmaps to address key Client needs/opportunities.

The Transformation Consultant will advise the Client on testing methodology, approaches and tools and guide delivery team to implement transformation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Quality Consultant responsible for driving QE solutions, managing a large team of practioners UK and offshore. Responsible for implementation of client guardrails and testing frameworks. Accountable for IBM Test delivery in the area.
