Howarth Litchfield Partnership Ltd (HL) is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice offering Architectural, Building Surveying and Interior Design Services to both public and private sector clients across the UK.

We work across all sectors including education, health, heritage, commercial/industrial, hotel/sport/leisure and residential.

and due to an increasing and exciting workload we are now looking to strengthen the current Building Surveying Team with a qualified RICS Building Surveyor and Graduate Surveyor.

Qualified Building Surveyor

Graduate Building Surveyor

Description - Site visits, report writing, preparation of tender packs, attending meetings, supervision of works, working with clients, consultants, statutory bodies and local authorities and advising on technical issues.

Both roles require good communication skills, self-motivation with the ability to prioritise work-loads along with good design and technical knowledge to their appropriate level.

Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit would be useful, but full training can be given.
