Yolk Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a start-up HaaS subscription platform company in recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager.


You will joining a dynamic and innovative team at a fast-growing company that is set to change the way businesses acquire technology.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute outreach lead generation and sales programmes to acquire new customers.
  • Build a funnel and pipeline that provides a sufficient pool of prospective customers to achieve new customer acquisition targets
  • Provide the very best levels of customer service and contribute to providing best in class customer experiences during every customer engagement
  • Ensure all interactions are followed up on in a timely fashion and complete all necessary sales administration to ensure new accounts are set up accurately.
  • Develop long lasting customer relationships that result in on going future repeat business and improving LTV
  • Create excellent internal relationships with key stakeholders in the acquisition and retention of customers.
  • Research competitor and market activity to maintain industry wide knowledge.
  • Continually provide the business with feedback and insights that will improve processes and sales performance

What skills/ experience do I need?
The perfect Business Development manager will be someone who has experience in owning B2B deals from end to end and is comfortable with new business and growing accounts

  • At least 2 years experience as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager role
  • Experience managing all stages of the deal cycle with a focus on closing
  • Proven ability to develop B2B sales and technology platforms experience selling B2B technology solutions.
  • Tenacious, resilient and a competitive personality
  • A true team player, willing to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • A gogetter, entrepreneurial, fast mover, with the highest sense of accountability

What are the benefits?

  • Basic salary of up to £45,000
