_Full Time Viewing & Inspections Agent _

Cloud9 Estates are an award winning Estate Agent, winning 3 years consecutively by Three Best Rated and recent winners of The British Property Awards.
They are now looking for another
Viewing/Inspections Agent to join their growing and very busy team.


General experience of property, inspecting a property such as looking for signs of leak, damp, condensation and general wear and tear and taking steady/clear photographs as evidence of all rooms and or any issue identified.

Good communicator and the ability to show individuals and or groups of people around properties in order to get the properties rented.


  • You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Are you an efficient individual with attention to detail?
  • Can you multi task and work in a fast paced environment?
  • Are you confident when speaking to people face to face?
  • You always strive on challenges?
  • You'll be a true "people person"
  • Do you have a bubbly personality & exceptional people skills?
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
