Aramark Northern Europe are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Team in our Aberdeen Office, and it's a permanent full-time roll.


Responsibilities:


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily review of crew requirements covering off short term requirements and forward planning to cater for all holiday, long term sick, fluctuation in manning requirements etc
  • Manage and support all systems from Vantage / Centic App / Excel tracking documents
  • Action all calls to note all absence / provide cover and update HR / Payroll
  • Provide support to Operations Mangers on daily requirements
  • Interface with Client representatives to obtain flight information
  • Support oncall out of hours service on a rotational basis
  • Support training requirements working with a variety of vendors

Qualifications:


  • Previous working experience as a Logistics Coordinator preferable
  • Additional experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus
  • Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and standards
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
