Your Role & Team

  • Across North East Lincolnshire's Children's Services, we are moving forward with reducing the number of systems we currently utilise, consolidating information in fewer places to support and develop better ways of working.
  • Within this role, you will be highly visible in your way of working and an integral support to Children's Services, working collaboratively with individuals and teams, depending on the level of need.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as overall systems administrator for related systems to ensuring system tasks, training and processes are set up to meet the needs of the service and legislative requirements so that processes complete correctly.
  • Lead in the identification of systems training needs and opportunities for operational development at a service, team and individual level; consulting and gaining approval from service management and other senior staff for the delivery of specific training schedules considering issues of content, resource and timing.
  • To develop new and existing training materials and system processes that enables the delivery of improvements to the service and to support business continuity.
  • Support team managers to deploy appropriate system training, complete complex government returns for a number of thirdparty agencies, and to administer user working groups, monitoring data quality etc.
