Job Purpose

Manage audits from planning to completion, including field work.
Oversee WIP and ensure deadlines are met.
Preparation and review of financial statements.
Mentor junior staff and support with their learning and development.
Monitor and nurture client relationships.
Work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth.
Assist with target setting and department budgeting.
Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
Confidently network to promote the department.
Oversee the audit team and champion the firm's values within the team.
Provide professional and personable clientfacing communication skills.
Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

The Successful Applicant

ACA or ACCA?qualified with at least three years' audit experience within practice.
Experienced across a range of audits, including OMBs.
Technically efficient in both audit and accounting
Knowledge of CCH being desirable
Previous supervisory experience with great people management skills.
Selfmotivated and reliable.
A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.
Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
