We are looking to recruit an office HR and Payroll Administrator to join our friendly office team.

HR and Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • All Accounts and monthly accounts preparation
  • Running regular clocking reports, calculate hours, holidays, sickness and overtime and entering all hours on to the spreadsheets
  • Logging wage queries
  • Calculating sick pay and SSP payments
  • Updating and logging changes to salaries, overtime, and bonuses
  • Sending of payslips in the required format
  • End to end recruitment processes
  • Absence management
  • Liaising with HMRC where necessary
  • Sales invoices, monthly VAT returns and completing the purchase ledger
  • Update systems with relevant employee information

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR and Payroll Administrator will:

  • Be able demonstrable experience in accounts and payroll
  • Have previous experience using Sage
  • Be experience in excel and be competent completing spread sheets
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have good administrative abilities
  • Have strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Have the flexibility
  • Have hold a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable due to location

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

From £11.50 per hour
