Do you speak French? Would you like a role where you can utilise your language skills?

We are recruiting for French speaking Customer Service Advisors to work within a friendly office in the Swindon area.


About the Role:


  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • 37.5 hours per week, across a 3 week shift pattern 1 weekend in 3 working and week 3 is a 2pm to 10pm shift
  • Temporary to Permanent
  • Weekly pay whilst with the agency
- £12.68 per hour including the shift allowance

  • Full training will be provided

Duties:


  • You will be the first point of contact for French Customers, who need support with products they have purchased including PC's, Laptops, Tablets, TV's etc
  • Escalating issues to second line support where required

Skills / Attributes required:


  • You will need to be fluent in English / French (both written & verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Outlook & Word

Salary:
£12.68 per hour
