Community Safety Senior Practitioner
Our Camden service is a dynamic and multidisciplinary team consisting of service managers, consultant psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, recovery staff, volunteers, administrators, and peer mentors.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Safety Senior Practitioner who can engage with service users affected by addiction-related crime.

Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary:
£30, £33, dependent on experience) + Inner London Weighting £3,915.44
Responsibilities:
About the Role
- In this dynamic role, you'll:
- Participate in hotspot operations focusing on supporting prolific shoplifters to access treatment.
- Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning, with onward referrals.
- Play a crucial role in reducing drug and alcoholrelated harm.
- Collaborate with ADDER, Metropolitan Police, and Camden Community Safety Team.
- Expand partnership activity, targeting specific vulnerable demographics for enhanced safeguarding.
- Advocate for access to partnership services.
- Facilitate social reintegration for service users.
About You
- To excel, you should:
- Possess excellent communication and IT skills.
- Be proactive, with outstanding time management.
- Have a solid understanding of mental health interventions.
- Collaborate effectively and manage change while prioritising service user needs.
- Uphold information governance processes.
