£22,672 to £26,000, dependent on experience
We are looking for a superstar administrator to join our Sales Support Team, based at our offices in Cardiff.
If you have excellent attention to detail, experience of dealing with customers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this will be up right up your street.
- What you will be doing: _
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Teams.
- Managing the sales inbox and processing orders.
- Keeping customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and our couriers.
- Managing and dealing with ecommerce orders.
- Tier 2 for inbound calls from customers.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with customer complaints.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and conscientious.
