Located within the heart of Otley.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our Post Office counter clerks' team.


Whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything, you will work proactively towards branch targets as well as targeted products throughout promotional events.

At the same time, you will be required to complete all transactions in an accurate and timely manner, by demonstrating your excellent product knowledge to meet the customers needs.

Along with previous customer service experience, you will have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy.


Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail will ensure you can be a successful Counter Clerk, as well your level of initiative to identify those important selling opportunities.

A confident nature, with a positive outlook will ensure you can deal effectively with a diverse customer base and cross sell the brilliant products and promotions the Post Office has to offer.


As a valued team member, you will be given full Post Office Training and ongoing support, there may be some opportunities for development and career progression, along with auto enrolment into a pension scheme, 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays.
