Delivering what we promise**Morrison Water Services are currently recruiting for an Operation Support Administrator. To work on our Welsh Water contract in Clydach for a fixed term period to cover maternity leave. As we continue to grow there may be an opportunity for this role to become permanent.
The first three months will be full time in the office. Then moving to 3 days working in the office and 2 days at home, based on a rota.
Morrison Water Services is a proud partner on the Water Network Alliance contract with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water.
Our work includes Repair and Maintenance of clean water network assets, new water mains connections, metering, zonal water cleansing and main renewal.
As the Operation Support Administrator you will maintain an efficient and accurate system for ordering and monitoring all purchase orders for the contract.
You will be updating local records for compliance ensuring data accuracy. Request and monitor the plant and materials for the whole contract and provide governance to the commercial team. Liaise and support our operational function, including supervisors and managers for the day to day running of the contract.
Do you have previous administrative experience?
Are you an effective communicator?
Have you gained any experience working in an operational role within the utilities/construction sector? This is desirable.
