If so, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity as a Student Experience and Progression Officer at LJMU International Study Centre.


ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Coordinate all aspects of summative assessment, including timetables, paper orders, and secure storage.
  • Prepare seating plans and assessment packs.
  • Produce data spreadsheets for assessment boards and provide results to LJMU.
  • Liaise with the academic team on progressionrelated matters.
  • Use the matrix to guide students on degree choices.
  • Provide student details upon request and support students on retention matters.
  • Contact students for relevant progression information, e.g., IELTS results.
  • Provide studentfacing advice and support at the ISC reception desk.
  • Offer general administration support and cover duties for absent staff.
  • Maintain process guides, update information on systems, and support student induction.
  • Promote student welfare and compliance with UKVI and GDPR requirements.
  • Foster relationships with students and staff, assist with social activities, and attend events as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Level 3 qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in administration (Essential)
  • Experience of working with staff and students in an international education environment (Desirable).
