Reporting to the Acute Redevelopment Project Director, the Design & Construction Director will lead the design and construction of one of the most significant capital health projects in the region for a generation Manage and lead a large team of in house and external design and construction professionals through design, procurement and construction Lead the appointment and on-going contractual relationship of a tier one building contractor for the redevelopment.
Working closely with stakeholders, users and the New Hospital Programme (NHP), the post holder will lead the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the new hospital.
