**Interim Communications Officer

Based:
London (hybrid working)

Length: 3 months, 2-3 days per week

IR35:

We are currently supporting a Pan London organisation to recruit a part time interim Communications Officer to build a strong brand and clear communications that build confidence amongst stakeholders and increased engagement in London's ability to improveoutcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities of the Communications Officer_
Build brand identity and tailor the organisations narrative and engagement approach for different audiences, for use in newsletters, reports, presentations, website content etc
Lead on the design and management of the organisations externalfacing events, focusing on making them high quality and inclusive experiences
Lead the social media content and ensure planned consistent content
Use stakeholder mapping and emarketing tools to accurately target content to audiences
Lead on Conferences and other events relating to production and promotion planning the content, liaising with speakers, the team and suppliers and ensuring each event supports the wider organisation and communications objectives
Skills and experience required of the

Communications Officer:

Previous experience of working with the media to ensure positive outcomes
Handson experience and skills in delivering effective campaigns which deliver against key organisational objectives and priorities
Experience of creating and managing content for websites, newsletters and social media
Experience of running events and workshops
Think creatively about how communications and engagement can help deliver an organisation's goals
