Position:
Internal Recruitment Consultant.**
Location: (Hybrid Home,Office working mix) and based within one hour of Colchester Essex,UK.

Rewards:

Basic Salary of up-to 32.5K D.O.E plus a
12-monthminimum
commission guarantee providing a year one guarantee of 37,500 minimum plus a fantastic commission structure meaning a Realistic 50K OTE, in year one.**
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.

Immediate interviews with an April 2023 start date.

The Role:


Internal Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for filling a high volume of vacancies, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and hiring.
  • This position is purely recruitment delivery role, without the requirement to complete compliance and proof checking and chasing as this is managed by the internal HR team.
  • Recruiting for a wide range of high volume financial services based roles.
  • Confident and well versed in both telephone and facetoface interview processes.
  • Responsible for cradle to grave recruitment process.
  • Utilising our new state of the art the inhouse CRM system whilst keeping detailed records including all activity records and updating the ATS as required.

Essential Requirements:


  • Demonstrable recruitment experience from either an in house or agency background required.
  • Volume recruitment experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and build Strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Competent CRM user with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment, whilst keeping a focus on the detail.
