Newhall Mains is a luxury accommodation business on the Black Isle. We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to continue to develop our drinks service.

You will be providing a personal service to a small number of guests.

You will be required to provide a professional, warm and engaging service whilst ensuring the overall management of the bar.

We have an extensive and ever expanding whisky collection which is representative of our proximity to many of the country's finest distilleries.

You will need to be able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge and passion for local spirits and crucially, have a desire to learn more.

A firm understanding of classic cocktails.

A passion and knowledge of both Scottish whiskies.

Comfortable working independently and happy to hit the ground running.

Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous.

Own transport essential as we are situated in a rural destination.

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to guests.

Drink list development.

Developing relationships with local suppliers.

Monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Part-time hours: 16-45 per week
