Accountabilities:
- Contribute to the production of marketing materials which may include brochures, press releases, audio visual materials and product/service displays.
- Perform basic administrative duties under supervision which may include setting up venues and organising logistics for events
Leads & Campaign Support- Assist in the development and implementation of campaigns to support lead, sales, leasing and customer relationship targets across residential, commercial and retail operational projects.
Insights- Understand and assist in utilising the various research platforms and tools available to the precinct to make informed business decisions
Event Activation and Presentation- Event activation and supervision_ - assist with development and implementation of events to drive footfall and/or attendance locally and overseas.
This includes sourcing relevant approvals and EHS signoffs.- Ongoing presentation of the site_ - assist in optimising project presentation of the retail, residential or commercial spaces and overall site signage and hoardings.
Work with relevant people to rectify any works to improve presentation.
Content & Channel Management- Content Management_ - Work with Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Managers to manage content strategies and customer liaison for all project channels including but not limited to: Project website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Google My Business), EDMs, SEO, PPC and residents' updates.- Website content management_ - Manage the updating of product and place on relevant websites including promotions, photography, videos, and plot content.- Organising website briefs and enhancing the online customer journey.
Retail Liaison- Retailer and interaction_ - Assist in proactive and reactive planning and problem solving to drive retailer sales and traffic, for example, social media or website content support, resident announcements (new openings and/or offers) collaboration campaigns or general meetings to support.
Database Management- CRM - Plan local content and ensure project milestones are communicated to database. Develop and implement conversion campaign as needed.
Monitoring, Control and Reporting- Budget Management - Assist Marketing team in management of allocated project budgets and process POs via Oracle.
Verification- Ensures when all facts are written for allocated projects, they are sourced to either an internal or reputable external source.
Admin of PO management- Raise purchase orders and arrange approval of marketing invoices in accordance with policy of delegated authority.
Digital Systems- CRM and Content Upload - Familiar with CRM and CMS systems and collating/uploading of information.
Presentations- Assist in the preparation of project related presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Site walks- Conduct precinct walks ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
Competitor Research- Online and Offline. Mystery shop local competitors and benchmark against their activity.
Portal Management- Manage portal content on sites such as Zoopla, Rightmove, New Homes for Sale and On the Market.
Attributes:
- Typically, some experience in a related discipline.
- Experience in a marketing role, and/or knowledge of the construction industry, and/or knowledge of company policies, practices and personnel in order to effectively carry out responsibilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
- Relevant marketing or brand experience in an internship, training and or a relevant degree or course.
- Good verbal and written communicator.
- Experience in engaging with various different teams.
