This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a highly established and respected family office.

As a Family Personal Assistant you will support their family member clients with their personal administration and organisation.

The role ensures their life is made as easy and as efficient as possible, and that their responsibilities are managed in the most effective way.


Based in South Kensington, the company is a small team of 18 people who all go above and beyond in their role.

The role also entails providing general office administrative support as part of a small team in the London office.


What you'll do:

  • Diary management, including organising and making appointments/reservations
  • Coordinating personal travel arrangements of family members (flights, transport, accommodation)
  • Arranging and offering support in relation to domestic services such as telecom, broadband and utilities.
  • Supporting family members in relation to vehicles (including purchase, registration, lease and rent).
  • Offering to organise relocation support for family members and helping to relocate their personal belongings.
  • General administration and document filing.
  • Troubleshooting whenever personal ad hoc problems arise.
  • Maintaining and extending a network of external service providers that can be used by the family members.
  • Be in charge of the practical organisation of events for the family
  • In addition, providing support to the office as follows:
  • General office support as part of the team of PAs and Assistants.
  • Meeting and greeting of clients and other visitors to the office.
  • Help to organise office events
  • Perform ad hoc duties or projects as requested

Who you are:

years' previous experience in a similar role in either a family office, financial services, banking, tax or legal environment.

Experience in an international environment is an advantage.

  • A university degree is highly desirable, however not essential.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken, additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent allround communication skills
  • Reliable, friendly and diplomatic.
  • Excellent problem solving and numerical skills
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills. Especially Excel (including functions and simple formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A selfstarter who is happy to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
