Job Summary:
Are you looking for a role where you can take responsibility for overall fire safety whilst maintaining the utmost levels of statutory compliance? Can you devise mid and long term strategies to prioritise technical aspects of fire safety?


With membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE) and a relevant health and safety qualification, you will work closely with design teams on the safe execution of fire safety measures for a range of projects to ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company processes and protocols.


Key interaction with the maintenance team will focus on the fire related aspects of planned maintenance in relation to firefighting equipment, administering contracts where appropriate.

You will also work to achieving the most efficient provision, through budget setting for fire safety expenditure with the effective management of fire safety related contracts.


You must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of all applicable fire safety legislation, Part B of the Building Regulations and all other relevant legislation, along with a good level of IT literacy.
