Are you a Conveyancer looking for a new role in Huddersfield?
I am working with one of the leading firms in the town and in the Yorkshire region generally.

They are looking for a Conveyancer with excellent experience in dealing with a full caseload of sale and purchase files from inception to completion.

The firm is full-service, and this is not a 'conveyancing factory'.
Although very much a commercial and modern firm the work is traditional. The department does not buy work in and they see clients face to face. The work comes in via Estate Agent referrals and repeat business and word of mouth.

You should have dealt with the full remit of residential property matters from freehold and leasehold titles, registered and unregistered land, help to buy, transfers of equity, title checking etc.

The firm are in a fantastic and modern office and the team is friendly and supportive.

This role would be perfect for those senior conveyancers who are Huddersfield based who are tired of commuting into Leeds and want something closer to home, or those already working in the area who are looking for a new challenge.
