Counted recruitment are currently recruiting a
Finance Manager for a great
Servicebusiness based in
Bournville. The role will be a mix of management accounts, financial accounts, team management and strategy.

The company have flexible hours and are hybrid. They tend to go in twice a week, with the other 3 days at home.

Main duties of this
Finance Managerrole include:

Oversee the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and ensure their accuracy and completeness
Understand any variances from budget and prior year
Produce statutory accounts for the company and its subsidiary companies
Deliver the finance function to any outsourcing customers
Prepare an annual external audit file and liaise with external auditors as needed
Manage the working capital position of the company through close supervision of credit control and cash flow forecasting.
Oversee the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and ensure their accuracy and completeness
Understand any variances from budget and prior year
Produce statutory accounts for the company and its subsidiary companies
Deliver the finance function to any outsourcing customers
Prepare an annual external audit file and liaise with external auditors as needed
Produce regular forecasts for the organization, along with explanatory commentary
