Electrical Tester - London

Property Services - Social Housing

£36,000 -£40,000 Per Annum+ Company Vehicle and fuel card

40 Hours per week

Permanent Position

Duties of the Electrical Tester:


  • Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties
  • Fault finding and remedial works
  • Testing and inspection works

Experience of the Electrical Tester:


  • Must have social/domestic housing experience
  • Must have a full UK driving license
  • 18TH edition and testing 2931
