Leader Education is working in partnership with an independent SEMH School based in Horn-castle working with children aged 13 to 16 -years-old.

You will have previous experience of working with students with SEMH - social, emotional and mental health issues (previously known as BESD, SEBD & EBD).

You will have excellent behaviour management skills as well as patience, empathy and understanding. The school are looking for a Teacher with genuine passion and care for the pupils they teach.

If you are QTS qualified you will receive a £2000 welcome bonus from the school

THE JOB:

To teach in a therapeutic and holistic environment
Ensure learning is accessible and inclusive for all learners
To plan, deliver and mark work
To provide fun and engaging lessons, engaging heard to reach learners

This is a full time, permanent vacancy, immediate start.
