AJ Chambers is working with one of the most established law firms in Chelmsford that is currently recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their progressive and forward-thinking commercial practice as a SalariedPartner.

This team work on complex transactions with businesses across all sectors on a range of matters including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Joint Ventures
  • Management buy outs
  • Franchising
  • Shareholder and Partnership Agreements
  • Advising companies, LLP's and partnerships


You'll also be required to attend networking events, get involved with marketing, build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning clients and be an integral and supportive member of the team and the firm as a whole.

You'll be offered the rare opportunity to join them as a Salaried Partner immediately, they'll also be a fantastic package on offer which will include:
