Our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation partner with a range of global customers, working closely with major airlines such as British Airways, easyJet, Wizz Air, Iberia, Vueling, Air Canada, Etihad and Qatar.

What will I be doing?


Working as a key member of the Operational Support team in a busy environment you will be responsible for a range of activities associated to Reception Duties, Document Scanning and supporting projects.


Principal Accountabilities include:

  • Visitors: Meeting and greeting visitors to site and providing the associated administration including managing the Emergency Evacuation register for visitors.
  • Scanning Goods in, Back to Birth, Pro Plans, Training and QA RAM (document prep and archive access control).
  • New Starters: The provision of I.D pictures and distribution of access cards.
  • Ad hoc administration for MD.
  • Projects: Supporting employee engagement and other projects as required.
  • Post: Management of incoming and outgoing post and the franking machine.
  • Corporate Entertaining: Coordinate allocation of tickets for corporate events.
  • Collection and management of toners recycling.

Job requirements:


  • Computer literate
  • Experience of working in a manufacture/workshop environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Can do, positive attitude and a flexible approach
  • A basic level of numeric and literacy skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team or independently
  • Conscientious and customer focused
