HR Admin


Our client, known locally as an employer of choice is looking for a HR Admin to come in to support the HR team.

Obtain, administer and check information held on all staff personnel files to ensure compliance with regulations, relevant legislation and best practice.


  • Maintain employee records and personnel files, both electronically and paper as per regulations.
  • Obtain relevant written and verbal references as per regulations.
  • Chasing outstanding information to ensure files are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems by recording data, ensuring it is up to date, and maintaining databases accordingly.
  • Coordinate with training department to ensure new staff are scheduled for induction.
  • Handling sensitive employee data in a confidential manner
  • Adhere to Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy at all times.

What you will need:


  • GCSE grades A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Office administration experience
  • A good working knowledge of Office 365 and all Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced HR department would be desirable
