HR Admin
Our client, known locally as an employer of choice is looking for a HR Admin to come in to support the HR team.
Obtain, administer and check information held on all staff personnel files to ensure compliance with regulations, relevant legislation and best practice.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files, both electronically and paper as per regulations.
- Obtain relevant written and verbal references as per regulations.
- Chasing outstanding information to ensure files are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of HR systems by recording data, ensuring it is up to date, and maintaining databases accordingly.
- Coordinate with training department to ensure new staff are scheduled for induction.
- Handling sensitive employee data in a confidential manner
- Adhere to Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy at all times.
What you will need:
- GCSE grades A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
- Office administration experience
- A good working knowledge of Office 365 and all Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience working in a fast paced HR department would be desirable
