Negotiation of acquisitions, disposalsand development agreements

  • Preparation of robust reports on title and advice notes
  • Preparation of reports on documents and executive summaries
  • Both freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Negotiating with bidders during a competitive dialogue process.

What we are looking for from you Experience of development work is essential as is an interest in local authority regeneration projects and a desire to specialise in public sector development.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills keyto the role:


  • Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
  • Confidence in working directly with clients
  • An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
  • Enthusiastic outlook anda keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
  • A practical and commercial approach
