I am currently recruiting for a Photographic Assistant Operations Manager to work for a Manufacturing company based in North Cambridge.

The main reason for the role is for someone to come in to assist the Operations Manager in all aspects of production withinthe photography team.

The role is a full-time permanent position and would be based full-time in the office.

Typical Duties would include:

Coordinating with the editing and production team to ensure the products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Assisting the Operations Manager to review best practices and procedures and to continually improve current and future business opportunities.
Working with managers across all areas of the business to implement companies policies and goals.
Producing reports as required
Providing cover for the Operations or Productions Manager in their absence.
Ad hoc duties as required by the team.

You:

Would have previous experience working in an operational support/management position.
Are interested in working within the photographic industry.
Have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking with stakeholders on all levels
Are proficient with IT software and systems
