Core Function

As Local Marketing Manager, you are responsible for managing and executing the local campaign calendar.

Including both B2B campaigns to 'push' products through distribution, retail sales channels and B2C marketing to create demand and consumer 'pull'.


MAIN DUTIES
B2B Push Marketing

  • Planning and execution of Retailer and Trade advertising campaigns
  • Management and execution of Expos
  • New product launches through distribution and retail channels
  • Design and development of retail solutions Overseeing design and development of selling aids and related marketing collateral
  • Sales presentations and product brochures B2B promotions and sales support
  • Secures banner space on third party retail sites
  • Ensures products are merchandised and listing are optimised on third party retailer site
B2C Pull Marketing and Demand Creation

  • Build and grow followers on local market social media channels, in particular Instagram
  • Plan and execute Influencer campaigns to build local market brand awareness
  • Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, annual content plan to include new product launches and seasonal activite
  • Create retail point of sale and literature where required to educate consumers on products
Skills Capability

  • Be able to demonstrate integrated B2B / B2C campaign execution
  • Good project management skills to deliver multifunctional/ crossdepartmental projects
  • Experienced at managing interna and external stakeholder relationships
  • Commercial and business acumen
