Key Responsibilities:

The staff member will predominantly be a Work Coach in the office in addition to other duties as required by the Team Lead appropriate to the EO2 grade.

This will involve the interviewing of UC and Legacy based claimants

Improving their prospects for securing work or an increase in work hours and all associated duties entailed therein.

OTHER DUTIES
All other duties as required of the post in order to provide the appropriate support for the business

Essential Criteria:

Applicants must have:
- five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
