Grounds Team Member to join our team at

Our guests and our team members are vitally important to us and we need to ensure we build effective relationships, through trust, always having an approachable, friendly and helpful attitude.

This will ensure our guests feel reassured that we always have their interests at the heart of everything we do.

You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with working outdoors and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

Supported by the Grounds and Gardens Team Manager, as a Grounds Team Member you are responsible for:

Business:

The park grounds being of the highest quality and standards for our guests and owners.
Providing a safe and secure environment for all guests through the maintenance of the park.
Ensuring that all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
Ensuring that all internal and statutory obligations are met.
Delivering the Lyons experience for our guests and owners through the upkeep of our beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest and owner satisfaction.
Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.
