The role

They have long standing relationships with many clients and are seen a trusted partner, supporting their marketing teams with highly creative solutions to their projects and delivering a high level of client service and project management.


They operate a flexible approach to working and you can work from home, from their office, which is a converted barn, or a combination of the two. Either way, they have truly embraced a new way of working & cuts down on a long commute.

The clients are predominantly business to business and cover different sectors as do their requirements - typical projects include all forms of high-end design and advertising through to innovative and cutting-edge digital.

You'll work in a fast paced, entrepreneurialenvironment and every team member can present and develop their own ideas and, if the client buys into them, see them implemented.

You'll also have the benefit of being surrounded by experienced creatives & marketers that can help you along the way, and you'll be given ample room to grown & develop.

What we're looking for


In essence, you will be working on a mix of integrated projects, ideation through to delivery, working very closely with creative, account handling & production teams, and external agencies when required.

For this reason, it is necessary to have agency based B2B experience, plus a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines & simply enjoy what you do.

You will be used to working closely with client services and creative teams to ensure a seamless transitionof briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible.

They create a lot of brochures, press ads, DM & digital social assets, so knowledge in these areas would be a big help.

You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and externally, and the challenge of working on different projects, goo d at managing deadlines and planning the steps needed to deliver individual projects on time and on budget.

You'll also enjoyworking in a small agency environment that have created a fine working culture where everyone pulls in the same direction.
