Graduate SQL Support Analyst

Remote Based

Salary:
£26,000
We are looking to recruit a graduate who knows SQL and would like to work in Support.


Experience Required:


  • Any Oracle / SQL experience
  • A proactive flexible attitude
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn new skills

Responsibilities:


  • Escalating tickets from internal helpdesk and performing first fix if applicable
  • Escalate and monitor development specific support calls
