Operations Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Full-time Operations Administrator to join our clients vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance & Business Support Manager and ensuring smooth operations across our finance, commercial, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and comprehensive administrative support to the Finance & Business Support Manager for the provision and support services to the finance, commercial, and operations functions within the business.
- Ensure that all orders are processed and invoiced promptly, with settlements received in accordance with the agreed terms, including the raising of approved credits.
- Manage filing and document management systems to maintain organized and easily accessible records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to finance and operations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Finance & Business Support Manager and other team members.
- Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional communication.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members within the finance and operations departments.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial and operational processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational systems and procedures.
