Job Summary:
The lead generator is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential buyers for our coffee industry research reports.
This position requires calling into target companies across the coffee supply chain, introducing our services, and generating new sales leads.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential clients across the coffee industry including roasters, retailers, coffee shop operators, equipment manufacturers, etc.
- Delivering compelling pitches to describe the key insights and value proposition of our market research reports
- Asking pertinent questions to understand each prospect's pain points and research needs
- Accurately documenting all prospect interactions and maintaining organized lead records
- Performing market research to expand the target prospect list and identify key decision makers
- Achieving monthly lead generation and sales quota goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or prospecting roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and phone skills, high energy and confidence engaging with prospects
- Ability to deliver scripted pitches and handle objections/rejections with resilience
- Organized and detailoriented with the ability to maintain accurate lead records
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the coffee industry supply chain a plus but not required

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, we offer an attractive commission structure on sales.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
