An esteemed dealership in the automotive industry is currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join their dynamic Aftersales Team.

Joining a dedicated team consisting of Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, and a supportive Service Manager, you'll have ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

The dealership prioritizes employee training, offering continuous learning opportunities through in-house brand development programs.


Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for MOTs, services, and repair work, ensuring exceptional service delivery and workflow management.
Provide comprehensive guidance to customers regarding warranty coverage and suggest additional parts or accessories to enhance their vehicle's performance.
Collaborate closely with the Aftersales department to optimize appointment scheduling, considering workload and call volumes.
Handle a high volume of customer interactions daily, including face-to-face interactions, telephone inquiries, and online booking requests.
Keep customers informed about service turnaround times and maintain clear communication throughout the vehicle servicing process.
Maintain accurate customer records and promptly update systems following booking confirmations.


Qualifications:

A vibrant and customer-centric approach, with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and explaining technical information clearly and concisely.
Preferably, experience with Kerridge/ADP systems, along with familiarity with other essential dealer systems.
Strong team player mindset with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative effectively.
Previous experience in a similar automotive service role, showcasing dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
